I think usually when an offer comes in, the SP rises to match it, or in some cases (GOG recently) the SP goes above the offer price, so not too sure what you'd be worried about...

Might want to test that it works first before you start counting the billions...

To everyone saying they have USA/Nasdaq shares in their ISA - are these ADS shares? I'm guess they aren't ADS.

I think that was the problem with VRNA, and would also be an issue with HEMO - they would have to be ADS shares.

When Verona Pharma (VRNA) delisted on Aim, leaving them listed on Nasdaq as an ADS share, Halifax transferred the shares from ISA into a standard share dealing account, and you could only sell the shares, not buy any more.

I opened a HL account and could buy the VRNA shares there, but only in standard account, not ISA.

So if Vlad shows any intention of listing on Nasdaq, unless he has a compelling reason, we need to complain like hell.

A dual listing is fine, until the UK listing is cancelled then you might not be able to hold the shares in your ISA.

Should definitely avoid NASDAQ listing, been caught out before.

Seems odd timing of the rise.

Not much response to the trading update a few weeks ago and now last few days were rising nicely.

I'm not complaining, just seems odd unless something happening behind the scenes / imminent announcement?

Haven't sold any HEMO to date, and can't see any reason to start now.

The problem with that is, after the X false alarm, people will stop taking the messaging seriously.

Even after what we've gone through, with every false alarm raised people will just care less until the point you really need them to be worried.

I'm all for preparedness, and would hope that the government's around the world have whatever plans they feel are necessary in place so that we can do better next time.

Just don't think that keeping the general populace in a constant state of fear and panic is necessary every time something the governments should be concerned about pops up.

We don't even know that it is going to be a.problem, and they're talking about the next pandemic.

It just seemed a little unnecessary to me, and if the idea was to scare some money our way it doesn't (yet) seem to have worked.
