and I find it amusing that Rose hasn't got delisted yet ))) and there is still a number of people believing in a good likelihood with this investment ))). come on guys, just stop fooling yourself. all eyes on ODX for now. there is a massive chance of Covid-19 antibody home self testing kit to be introduced at any moment. one of it's kind. totally funded and backed by the UK government. the first 50 millions of test kits will be bought by the government.
i just read that Russians agreed to cut oil production by 14% if The Number 1 oil maker (USA) cuts it's appetite too and forces their friends - Canada and Brazil to do the same. so, it's all down to The Exceptional Nation now.
"Paradox pushed back as a longer term project. So permits there will expire"....
won't be surprised if our New Leaders never had intentions to deal with Rose's own drilling programme in Utah. so, they downsized the Paradox on purpose and now calling this "the longer-term Paradox Basin appraisal asset"... yeah, till permits expire ))). looks like they need Rose only as a Public Listed Company to fund as much as possible their own drilling programme till it's not much left of a Rose... glad to be wrong.
so, Rose Petroleum is the Rocky Mountain-focused oil and gas company now...))))) our Chairman Rick Grant and CEO Colin J. Harrington are the founders of Origin Creek Energy LLC which is already long term partner with Captiva Energy Holdings II, LLC and our CEO and Chairman are also the directors of Captiva Energy Holdings II, LLC ...... ))))) so, the question is why to bother with bringing Rose to the Project if our Leaders ( read - Origin Creek Energy LLC) are already in it ? AND based on the proposed Initial Drilling Programme, Rose's CAPEX on its initial acquisition of 10% of Captiva Energy Holdings II working interest is currently forecast to be $1.6 million, will result in Rose having an approximate 2.217% working interest in the Initial Drilling Programme! !! so... we raise £1.25m which is more than 50% of our Mcap just to get 2.217% working interest in the Initial Drilling Programme ? it's fascinating, isn't it ? and if u could read rns carefully then u would notice that this is only the beginning of possible further fundraising . must be that's why Origin Creek Energy LLC needed a Publicly Listed Company in the first place. just my opinion.
