Oil coming out the ground in the weald is good for any company that are drilling there.In a few years time it will be the biggest onshore Oil producing area the UK as ever seen.And really makes no difference which company you hold shares in you will no doubt make lots of money.

It is dropping because people find it hard to accept placing chat, it scares them to death.They should put their money in their piggy banks

Very big difference Placing to drill a well,than it is placing for production from a well.Not rocket science is it.

With so few shares in circulation even if there was a placing it would soon be wiped out with production coming up.It really is nothing to worry about.

You need to put yourself in Vonks shoes remember BB nothing is written in stone where oil is concerned. If that did happen and share price drops dramatically he would need to issue millions more shares to get what he wants that is if he wants.Even on a 20% discount at today's prices I can not see a placing being less than 11p.And if a BB was to happen he could go straight into a sidetrack without having to raise funds at about 4p.So in our case maybe a placing is good news who knows.

with a placing if it is used for the right reasons and I think we have a right reason here don't you think.

If we get good news on flow rates the MMs will drop it big time to take out stop losses then move it up to where it should be.They do it all the time.
