Information overload there, much of it irrelevant to Block, however, considering the pertinent points, it demonstrates how well BLOE is positioned to benefit from current and future Georgian developments.
“Energy is one of the most important sectors of our economy” with “large-scale reform of the energy sector” and the separation of energy transmission and distribution from generation is interesting depending how that can be expedited, including the introduction of Georgian Energy Exchange ensuring the “implementation of competitive and open market principles in the energy market”. This really has much potential for BLOE.
The 'South Caucasus pipeline (ultimately delivering natural gas to Europe) has increased by an average of 25%, in total it has increased by 92% compared to 2020'. Transit for 2023 was 8.21bcm. Pipeline capacity is 24.04bcm/yr, and noting it runs across Project 3 (most notably, right through Block XIF (and XIB, within circa 25km/15miles)) it offers an opportunity to connect and export gas from Blocks discovery of 1TCF (28bn cubic meters), ie, it would take over a year at full capacity just to drain estimated Project 3 gas reserves.
The gasification project providing natural gas to around 94% of Georgia’s population, ie, 3.5M people across 27k square miles combined with improved infrastructure and gas available demonstrates inward investment delivering economic growth opportunities, subsuming BLOE, so again we can anticipate improved trading.
This is the main opportunity, and its not "jam tomorrow" given the dates provided. The pipeline has been operational for some time and the technical problem will be connecting to it. Politics plays a positive aspect too; EU is not keen on 100% dependence on Azerbaijan for gas, so adding from Georgia will help and encourage further investment.
That leaves the oil. Reading between the commentary, appears will mainly be exported, given the focus on hydro electric power generation x 12 HPP y/e 2024 (very ambitious), however adds further support for the share-price.
The other mention is the Black Sea submarine power cable project, concurrently designed to improve internet communications and provide electricity, reducing the reliance on Russian infrastructure. Not really relevant to dialogue here, but an indication where Georgian politics is focussed.
In conclusion, for BLOE it confirms why gas is now the key. The rest is peripheral support, progress is ongoing, so not jam tomorrow but a clear indication that many moving parts are working together towards achieving a focussed output of which BLOE seems to be very integral.
Certain posters on here should be absolutely ashamed of themselves, non-stop posting disgraceful, fanciful and crass commentary. Pointing fingers at others claiming how sad they are to post on a forum over a long weekend yet think its perfectly acceptable to account for at least 67% of the weekend posts. Most of which are puerile and full of inaccuracies, along with even a basic ability to spell, that alone demonstrating the IQ levels at play.
I hope most genuine users have taken time to report these shameful posters and LSE will remove the comments allowing sensible debate to return. People are free to invest their money where they wish, and don't need some illiterate, angry self obsessed narcissist telling them otherwise.
Likewise, the incessant, over exuberant, promotion of details already discussed, some which is misleading and fabricated simply enflames matters. No one cares if you're a multi-millionaire or simply someone looking to make money, but the constant ramping and de-ramping demonstrates what sad and boring lives you must have and what poor excuses of humanity you are.
Before you decide to accuse me of the same, I've had a great weekend off, enjoying the heat and good food with friends (unlike you apparently) and about to leave for the far east.
Quantum leap or not, I hope LSE decides to give you your own quantum leap and ban you indefinitely for your shameful immature and boorish behaviour.
"United Airlines asked Pilots to take unpaid leave of absence in May, following delays in deliveries of Boeing Jetliners. The carrier explained that because of the lack of new planes, it wont be able to fly as many hours as planned. Both United and Boeing have been plagued by safety issues recently, goes to show what damage a "quality escape" can incur."
Your point being?
This is about Rolls Royce - United's Boeing fleet are powered by General Electric, maintaining its American links. Only the 757 fleet are RR powered, but thats a very old airframe. Not sure what argument you are attempting to present.
"We have received enquiries regarding the paying agent. As previously advised, if certificate holders issued by the company have not had contact from the paying agent by close of business on 2nd April 2024 (EST) you are advised to email the company at contact@cloudtag.com FAO Corporate Share Action where we shall involve the paying agent directly to handle your notification process."
If only the email address existed, the message might be credible:

Not sure if posted before.
Japan Airlines has confirmed its intention to acquire 21 more Airbus A350s and to place its first-ever Airbus single aisle aircraft order for 11 A321neo, entering service commencing 2027.
Order for 10 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners, but these are powered by GE GEnx engines.
In the RNS dated 8 Feb 24, PH is quoted 'Our team has worked hard to deliver the technical product required for a successful farm-out process, including a full appraisal plan and early development concept.'
To me that does not suggest the farm-out process is underway at that time, but being prepared. Furthermore, the corporate presentation from March 24 states 'Farm-out commenced... supported by Independent Engineering Report and independent advisor', again suggesting it did not commence prior to the IER.
The farm-out process officially commenced 12 Feb 24. I did post that recently, but clearly drowned out by the dross written by the few. Assuming the process takes 3-6 months we can expect to hear news of the farm-out partner circa May to Aug, however that will only be the announcement of 'who', not 'what' will be undertaken as that will be subject to legal and contractual obligations.
The price will likely jump and depending who the farm-out partner is will determine the amount, as we already know whats available. Its then a matter of determining how the work and income is divided. It could very well be 100% sold to a larger organisation, Block has stated the NPV being $500M. Decide yourselves what value you think that places on the company.
As for todays rise, there is nothing to indicate why, apart from a long weekend. I think its too early to expect any announcements on farm-out partners yet.
It was good to see sensible commentary today too and no one having to unnecessarily and constantly defend their positions, until the troll returned.
There is no reason you cannot share it with the FHSG team though, as all members are verified shareholders there and details shared with the company.
PH being in EG Jan 24 likely relates to his stake via Antler, where Antler holds 80% working interest in a production sharing contract. Europa will pay Antler aggregate consideration of US$3M where Haywood is a founding shareholder.
Nothing related to Block, simply tertiary interest for PH.
Lets be clear which farm outs are being referred to, along with dates, to keep it simple.
In 2023 entered farm-out agreement with Georgia Oil and Gas, and acquired 2D seismic over Markopi Terrace prospect (Project IV)
The more interesting one is based on the March 2024 Corporate Presentation: High-impact farm-out campaigns for Projects Ill and IV. The farm-out process for Project III commenced February 2024, as published via RNS, following the IER, (>1 TCF 2C Contingent Gas. NPV >$500M) in the same field (Patardzueli-Samgori) as the CCS opportunity (151.5MT CO2). The advantage is that the 'waste' CO2 can be used to extract existing O&G which is what makes this project the more lucrative, ie, taking & storing local waste CO2 and delivering O&G to wider energy markets, particularly based on the large capacity available for both.
Early days yet, but CNPC have been mentioned and confirmed on site December 2023, but that does not mean the farm-out process started then.
The world needs to achieve 92 GtCO2 reduction required by CCUS, where >91% of the CO2 being matched to suitable sinks within 300 km in the United States, and EU.
USA and EU spend approximately US$2.01 trillion, and US$0.94 trillion respectively until 2050, on additional costs for CCUS. CCUS is an economically promising technology, however, actual break-even oil price to a large extent depends on the geological condition of deployment.
Fantastic opportunity for Block, currently and seemingly under the radar for many.
Around 8 gigatons of CO2 storage, reservoir level around 256 MT. Making it one of the largest potential CCS projects in the European region. By comparison, Shute Creek Gas Processing Plant in the US has the largest carbon capture and storage capacity worldwide; 7M metric tons/annum.
"As I say like you and our resident Walt Avi8r I think theres an agenda gang here bubbling along and saying trashing the company." Wrong again - my first name is not Walt, but you can call me Captain.
Although as we are on the topic [presumably] of Walter Mitty characters, you certainly fit that perfectly, with your false bonhomie and implied knowledgable benefactor. Speaking of which, do you have the right to troop past the cenotaph and pay respects to those that gave their life for you to call people out on puerile guesswork? People who gave their lives so morons like you have free speech. I do and I've been there, Walt.
Truth is, you have never answered a single question put to you.
All you claim to be and all you claim to know is clearly false.
I don't know which of you has the lower intellect, you or the other troll, although at least the other one stays focussed on its agenda. You make zero effort, bring zero information and only manage to wind everyone up, including the other troll.
Well done, you are in a league of your own.
Another one, only twice as thick as 💩💩💩
You're welcome Sdyas. British veterans are so often forgotten, but the profile appears to be increasing more recently. Like you, I served and many of us witnessed things that haunt us. I have many friends who have been too proud to admit there's a problem until it becomes too difficult to cope with. But the good thing is there is a support network there, willing and welcoming, ready to help.
Keep us posted if you can, it would be good to know you've found a way out of the situation.
Good luck 👍💜
Ukraine is not going to renew the gas transit contract with the Russian company Gazprom.
Ukrainian Minister of Energy, Galuschenko, states there are no plans to renew or make additional agreements noting that "the network of gas pipelines passed the stress test and is now ready for life without the transit of Russian gas."
This might make things interesting in some parts of Europe. Ukraine will no longer allow Russian gas to pass through its territory to reach Europe. Austria, Hungary and others are still getting a lot of gas from Russia. Austria still rely on Russian gas for 98% of supply.
Austria is accelerating the end of its Russian gas supply to alleviate its reliance on Moscow for energy supplies but faces tough legal and political challenges, however this Ukrainian action will expedite that decision process. Austria's reliance on Moscow is “a clear market failure”.
Hungary will also suffer from the cessation, particularly as a key ally of Russia.

As an ex-serviceman there are a lot of charities and other support groups run by the forces, current and ex-forces for people in need of assistance. You are a veteran and the country has a debt of gratitude to you. Get in touch with some of these and they will do everything they can to help. Start with SSAFA, British Legion, BLESMA and even Blind Veterans. All of them will listen and offer advice, some will even offer more. But the key thing is that they will have answers, and know where to point you. Most importantly, they will listen, you do not need to suffer alone.
Finally, no doubt you are aware of the Army Rumour Service (https://www.arrse.co.uk/community/) which is a good starting point for any ex-serviceman which addresses all UK armed forces, serving and veterans.
You are not alone, just reach out. Please.
"Love the references to phallus, it just proves that i'm really getting to you doesn't it and that I'm not far away on what your motives are. Your sat their on your lap really angry now which warms me immensely so thank you."
You know nothing about me, but my reference to you is accurate. You are all hot air and no substance, alluding to connections yet fail to evidence such, choosing rather to deflect all comments with immature childish assumptions. Furthermore you cannot even spell correctly, yet you suggest I would be late for school. Maybe that would be true if I had children, however, my education has served me well through life. Being able to spell correctly is a good insight to a persons intelligence and communication ability, another faculty you appear to lack in abundance.
:Anyway yes I am knowledgeable here through several channels so I thank you for the acknowledgement."
Yet you choose not to confirm this, further underpinning the idea you are a fantasist, bordering on narcissism; all bow to the great I am, who knows.... no-one.
As for my average, its personal and private to me, as is everyone else's average. Again, your efforts to denigrate me on the basis of my shareholding are futile, as are your other attempts. Suffice to say I am comfortable with my investments, my career and lifestyle likewise.
Finally, to coin a phrase: Anyway enough from me, and no need to reply as I'm now about to enjoy a long lunch with good friends.
A great aircraft too, superior in many ways to the 787. Airbus and RR developed the Trent in collaboration, so the engines are closely integrated to the airframe and frame development. For obvious reasons, Airbus have the edge over Boeing at the moment.
