Current loss £46??
break even 37p ( March 26)
Current SP 12p less at 25p
46 divided by 12 = 383
Is there something wrong here with my maths or is dashriprocks the proud owner of 383 shares.
If so the statement " only in for a few K" seems incorrect.
Can someone correct me on this?
I believe the JSE listing will stop all the daily shenanigans on the AIM.
The SP should stabilize and follow the fundamentals and Vanadium prices more closely.
This is probably likely to cause an uplift in SP as ii's in SA pile in (if they do!) - we are told they are waiting in the wings.
In the absence of a big increase in vanadium prices the JSE listing is the most likely reason to hit broker targets in the short term - that is before BE start to affect it.
If the dual listing is around August and there is no news from BE then I reckon at least the lower of the broker targets will probably be here before the year end.
All just my opinion of course
Moving from one exchange to another is different from a dual listing.
A listing for Bushveld on the JSE should stabilize the sp.
The sp on the AIM will be directly affected by the share price on the JSE and vice versa, the kind of large swings we have seen on here will only happen if it happens on both exchanges at the same time (more or less).
Will this result in an increased sp? anyone? - I think possibly but I am far from an expert.
Whatever, it will mean that all of us here will probably be following the sp on the JSE just as avidly as the price on the AIM

This is a year old now but it fully explains why I invested here.
Anybody visiting this bb and interested in the potential for BMN with a view to possibly investing should give this a thorough read.
THIS is the reason I and all the LTH's on this board are invested.

Apologies if its already been posted
I don’t normally post on here but I am getting sick of reading the Stuff on here.
Catastrophic, ShearClass, Fizzydrink, Richyp123 – it is obvious what you are trying to do.
I guess I could be included in your “nervous investors” as I am well underwater at this sp but I won’t be selling.
What I see here is a solid profitable company that is going places.
I know the drop in Vanadium price and all this false manipulation is currently hurting my investment, but I also know that a lower price will also make VRFBs much more of a viable alternative to Lithium and it is the potential of VRFBs that made me invest – not the rising value of Vanadium.
I am interested in renewable investments and, to be honest, they don’t get much better than the potential of this company – profitable, self-financing (to a high degree), no debt and a great big foot in the door, and a head start, of what will be the biggest, fastest growing industry in history.
I have absolutely no doubt about that.
Catastrophic, all of the others and the current sp are just background noise to me it’s where the sp will be in 3,4 maybe 5 years that I am looking at. If they pull it off with regard to VRFBs there will come a time when Bushveld as a Vanadium miner will just be a tiny part of a huge Bushveld story.
Grid level battery storage is going to be an enormous industry that will dwarf anything that has gone before and it will happen very soon
Make of it what you will but the prices for the past year follow the dips and peaks of the share price.
The price of V205 & FeV peaked in Nov/Dec and so did the share price.
It going to take a really great RNS to get this SP anywhere near the November peak unless the V205 & FeV Prices substantially from where they are.
BMN are, after all, just considered a Vanadium miner at present
Trouble with the Betamax vs VHS analogy is the Betamax system was superior but it came along too late.
Betamax was a better system but VHS was already established and its advantages not enough to topple the domination of VHS
For grid storage SSB's will be too late to the party with little to offer as a gain.
SSB's in EV's maybe by 2025-28 - in grid storage maybe another 3-4 years after that
The demand is to get grid storage going over the next 2-3 years not 10-12 years - only VRFB's and L'ion are capable of that. A huge market to satisfy before SSB's are even suitable to bring to market.
Companies do not report all sales - big and small - only newsworthy ones and it was Arsenal that reported the purchase of renewables not the company that sold it to them. Why? simply because it was Arsenal and therefore newsworthy and some journalist picked up on it.If some company nobody had heard of bought a VRFB it would not have made the news.Give us a break - do you seriously think the sales team are sitting around twiddling their thumbs? If you believe that then sell up and move on
yellowf1: Oldfgool=audio?
No mate I haven't got a clue who Oldfool is but I guess he is a fellow Pi that is fed up of your attempts to talk the share down.
"suckered in" to buying theses shares was a previous comment by you and to me that says it all
JJJ:
"Two new posters in a few minutes of each other with a total of 10 or 11 posts each and, coincidentally, who have only post about RedT and Bushveld minerals. What are the chances of that eh?"
Uh! - I have investments in BVM, ATM and here as well as others. I am guessing that Merlottheboy does to. I read the BB's on them all the time, always have, but I rarely post. Merlottheboy may be the same or he/she may be a new investor. Coincidence?? Come on!, where is the coincidence in that?
I have never left a post on the ATM BB........why? because it doesn't have people talking it down all the time. Is that a coincidence?
I guess the posts from us 3 independent Pi's (and others) doesn't fit your agenda.
I invested because I saw the possible potential long term.........explosive!
All you guys complaining on here - why did you invest in this company?
I am also down (around 40%) on my investment but you know what - I couldn't give a toss.
Mine is an investment in a company trying to build its way into a brand new industry nothing like this has been done before.
Its exciting, its a big risk, it may fail. But if they succeed.........
Is this not the same with most AIM start ups?
I put in my money based on investing in a new and potentially explosive new industry.
The amount I invested will not bankrupt me if it all fails but it will be life changing if everything falls into place.
I believe it will succeed and that is why I am in - but for the long haul, short term sp fluctuations are to be ignored (unless you are a trader I guess)
If they succeed what will the sp be in 5 years? £10 maybe £20
If short term SP pull backs bother you (LTH will not be bothered by this) or you think the BoD are crooks (complete rubbish) or you do not believe in the potential of RedT then you are an idiot for investing in the first place
I defy anyone to read RichKen's last post and not admit it bought a tear to the eye.
You sir show a rare dignity and I am in admiration of you.
I wish your good lady a speedy recovery.
I just wish the same could said of some of the other losers on here. I dont post often but after reading some of the s*** and insults on here this past few days I doubt I will bother with it again.
"Wow, what an AIMS expert you have become in your 3 months with REDT."
Well Oldfool13 if you have been in since 2016 I guess yellowf1 must be talking about me! WTF!
Sell and move on yellowf1 take your 50% loss and learn from it.
I for one will be staying in along with the other AIM stocks that I hold which are underwater now but hold huge potential for the future
I am also underwater - considerably so but I expect it to go both ways with investments like this, especially in the AIM.
yellowf1 - why are you even investing in the AIM?
This is what happens so why not stick to the main markets and make your 4%?
I invest in a few AIM companies some like Redt do not make money - yet - but I think they have potential.
VRFB's are going to be huge in the next few years and Redt may be a big player in that. I happen to think they will and that is why I invested.
What happens to the SP on a day to day or even a month to month basis is of no concern to me - what happens in 3-4 years is of concern.
If you are 50% down and it is a big problem to you look to the long term potential and if you cannot then why on earth invest in any AIM companies at all?
RealGoneKid - did you invest in Bushveld for a quick return? yes there is plenty in the pipeline but not now - in the future.
I also am sitting on big paper losses but you know what? I just took advantage of the low share price this afternoon and bought more. Your colleagues banging on about not averaging down makes no sense to me.
My advice - dont sell, buy more and sit on it for at least 3 years
I have read with great interest about the commissioning of the VRFB by Alfa this battery is the reason for my investment. But could someone explain this bit for me:
"Time permitting, the test team will attempt a full 'black-start' operation, restarting the entire Rosherville campus using the VRFB. Crucially, this is a function which has been found to be impossible for all the other batteries previously tested"
Why did the other systems find this impossible and why should the VRFB be any different in this test?
I bought my first shares on a whim at 22p, not many just a punt into the potential for VRFB in the future.
The share price rose by over 50% shortly after so it got my attention so I started some more serious research, elsewhere and by following up on some of the excellent points raised on here.
So I put a lot in (for me) but I was very late to the party and my average is 42p.
I am around 11% down now, am awful lot of money (for me).
Am I worried? No not a bit.
I still have total faith in my investment and that it will reach double my average before the end of 2019.
I believe The sp Angel valuation at 87p to be far too low but it will be achieved at some point in 2019.
This is based on research not on guesswork.
Any of you who have invested and are now sitting on a loss, like me, sit tight, this sp will come good and those that are in for the long haul (like me) will be well rewarded by this fine company.
The are my own opinions based on my extensive research, obviously I would expect you to do your own.
