I think the sad thing is that for a year we have waited for something to happen and deadlines have come and gone many times, hence the lack of faith by many.

One of the problems is we *as far as I know* don't know why we haven't been given FDA approval, it shouldn't take as long as it has. Is there something fundamentally wrong with the product and that is why nothing has been sold?
All speculation but it would be nice to know WHY FDA approval hasn't been given.
