Spot on. I value this at £3.85 if I benchmark against other retailers in similar industry. The better thing about pound land is that they are a rapidly expanding business with increasing revenues of circ 11% year on year.

It's listed in the footer of the Q4 trading statement. Potential upside here if 99p deal goes through.

I thought they sold everything for £1 - why are the shares not £1???

Not sure how these two store's will cause a problem with competition. Poundland sells things for £1 and 99p store for 99p... they are hardly competing in a price war are they?

Reading reviews on the app store recently, there are a lot of un-happy takeaway owners, who are struggling to get menu's updated by JE. I believe charging revenues on a commission basis are unsustainable long term for this business and they need to look at either a fixed monthly fee for using the service or a fixed price per order.

What's the P/E ratio on this? I personally would want a greater return for my money. I won't be investing here.

rodderses - I am waiting for the results personally. I cannot see how this company can have such a high mcap on no numbers. They would have to be earning really well to justify current share price. I can see this dropping like a lead balloon on results day. That's when I will buy (When the share price is realistic)
