It's risen 20% from the low of 1514p on 28 Sept to where it is right now. Already some are beating themselves up for getting out of other stocks too early on this recent increase, so why not ride it until there is a 5% or so retrace, or sell half at your target price and let the other half run longer. Just my thought as you asked.

To compare rdsb with bp. on the same chart over 3 and then 12 months. Although unsurprisingly they follow the same general pattern they are very different on those 2 timescales in that rdsb is much better over 3 months while bp is much better over 12 months, in each case by aprox 10%.
