I know what is coming over the next couple of years and it is a FACT. Maybe after 2028 I will be fortunate enough to find similar germ but doubt it in fairness. My daughter will have her first house soon and for me it is the best testament to the company. Still not quite sure about your motives though.

Hi Speedy, you are absolutely correct. How can you reject facts and figures is beyond me. I just get annoyed with brainless individuals who just spread false information.

Culpepper - you are an obvious case of manipulating/downplaying individual with ulterior motives that wants to put a doubt in minds of decent pi's that just want to invest in a company with an extremely solid fundamentals. Please show me another company on AIM/ASX with such a strong proven performance with management consistently delivering quarter after quarter with no fail. I have been invested in GGP for years and admittedly almost got a heart attack on few occasions, BUT after transformational buy in I cannot see any company capable to deliver mid long term outcome well in excess of 20%.

What would be your prediction going beyond 2028?
