This is my first post and I doubt I will become a regular poster – but I do read the board regularly and of late it seems to have departed from interpreting the information and evidence available to mainly speculation and rumours.
I understand the facts to be – it is highly likely that there are significant Ti deposits to be mined and further drilling will provide more detail and certainty on the extent etc. There is some uncertainty around the likely cost of turning what is in the ground into a saleable product – and this will be key to the value of the find. Although theoretically there is a route as outlined in the information presented the complexity of achieving this and the associated costs are not known yet – the proof of concept plant will test this. Until then we are all guessing – my guess is that there is a good prospect that this is achievable but of course it is not risk free – otherwise the sp would be much much higher.
EEE needs to continue what its’s doing – but the next stage is more complex, may require more funding, may suffer delays and ultimately there is (small imo) that the process won’t work at all! EEE need to minimise the above to achieve maximum value for its shareholders – to avoid further placings and dilution. However a big mitigation to the above is the location – probably couldn’t be any better location in the world. Access to infrastructure, attracting the best staff and certainty of operating environment. Building a plant in a “different” country far away from infrastructure is a very different challenge.
The above isn’t going to happen overnight, next week or next month – however so far EEE have stuck to its timescales and appear to control costs, long may it continue. If costs rise and timelines slip meaning even more costs then the sp will go south, I am hoping for a good outcome. If I was 100% certain then I would be more heavily invested than I am – but there is a lot still to do but the potential rewards if it all falls into place could be significant.
