I just cannot see a firm, and this is 16 years investing, that doesn't have catch up between dividend and share price, to attain a 4 percent per annum or so.
If gkp throw off 100 million they WILL be worth 1 billion. If 200 million, they WILL be 2 billion, and could easily be 4.
