Arnab is great as BS'ing investors but not so great at BS'ing the market. Wheres the friggin newsflow? How can you not update market on Covid detector in 8 months after promising the world and implying that it already works fantastically well?!
I don't know what chart your looking at but i see oil shot up to $92.13 then an hour later was back around $90. Oil is very volatile right now. It was never going to just shoot through $100. There's going to be a bit of a battle but $100 is clearly going to go at some point this year!
For some reason regardless of Mcap many sell just because the share price has hit a nice round number (20p) and 19.xx is clearly close enough for some. Absolutely zero chance this is the top though. There are big buyers lurking as we saw yesterday who hoovered up all the shares at 18.xx. I’m going to call 35p within next 3 months. 50p if they manage to land serenity.
Tony - Bit confusing but look at this... Looks like an OTC listing to me? https://www.tradingview.com/symbols/OTC-ITEEF/
I can't remember a CEO failing for so long (8+ years) and getting away with it in the fashion Arnab Basu has. When is this man going to be held accountable for losses he has inflicted on share holders with his constant BS.
Peter Schiff the guy who was calling $100 oil when it was still trading at $30-40 has just tweeted the following.
https://twitter.com/PeterSchiff/status/1489589365793820673
"In the summer of 2008 the #oil price peaked at just under $150 per barrel before the financial crisis sent the price crashing. Back then the DXY was at 73 and the Discount Rate was 6.25%. With the DXY at 95 and the Discount Rate at .25% the next oil price peak may approach $300!"
Someone dumped 1.89 million shares earlier, the market ate it and continued to move up. There are some big boys lurking! Also GGG if the farmout gets done 20’s won’t be the new normal it will be straight to 30-50p range IMO oil will be 100 dollars + within months.
Agree that's a slightly disappointing article. Last year Majid gave a very bullish statement on a conference call and mentioned he hoped drilling would start March/April. Oil/Gas has strengthened significantly since then which SHOULD have made it even more likely. Majid (no ownership/belief) seems to be bit of a failure while Graham (high ownership) has got incredible deals done. Or am i being a tad harsh?
When Cenovous acquisition occurred July 7th Oil was $72 and Gas was $2.80. Oil now $89 and Alberta gas $4.52. Correct me if wrong but my calculations make that roughly $20million extra per year from the price rises alone. Enough to pay for acquisition in 2.5 years. That couldn't have worked out much better and prices might continue to rise further.
