NN certainly have the horsepower to take EUA out no doubt . Owned by some big hitters , don’t think funding would be an issue (if they needed it)

You would certainly think that if NN were involved they would want to announce the good news this week ?
Even if there has been some kind of bidding war going on behind the scenes you would expect a deadline to be in place , no better timing for NN if news does come tomorrow/Tuesday ??

Richard Hammond’s tweet in February that was later removed certainly gave the game away . For those not familiar Mr Hammond is well connected ! He is an advisor to CITIC with an impressive CV.
For those that missed it he made it clear , SA,Asian and Russia were all interested in EUA assets . So I think we can be fairly confident that a bidding war is going on behind the scenes!

Just sat pondering on how I’m going to spend my potential windfall . I’ve worked out 70p will make a considerable improvement to my current financial position !
I do have one question which has been niggling , why have they had to sign an NDA?
If EUA are talking to more than one potential buyer who has asked them to sign an NDA?
This one thing has made me pause for thought just exactly what is actually going on behind the scenes ?

One other thing to add it is clearly hotting up with recent announcements with Covid 19 vaccines . Hemo will be keen to push on with CBR so perhaps this may be the first IND application .?

It certainly looks like Hemo are extremely keen to start the IND applications and don’t want to wait until the Eli CDX deal is completed . We know this deal is only a few months away so perhaps this is a signal that the IND applications are forthcoming in possibly days or just a few weeks ?
All guess work , time will tell but for me this is a long term hold 6 months + so short term share price is irrelevant but I do think we are due an upwards movement .
Will continue to add when funds allow .

Whatever is going on behind the scenes you cannot fail to admire how Vlad is managing things, I have to admit after the last RNS of another delay I had started to get the feeling that he just wasn't ever going to get anything over the line and if/when he did the "deal" would only be bang average with Eli calling the shots.
It's amazing what a few weeks/days can do to change one's outlook of the situation , well done Vlad and well played.....

no direct competitor got my attention too, if CBR comes off the numbers will be beyond comprehensible.........

Surely the deal from Mint has been reflected not just on the expected pipeline but also based upon information from the deal with Lily . If the share price needs to increase for this to work Mint must of asked Hemo for documentation from Lily confirming the basis of the proposed deal .
The deal is perhaps already in place with Lily as Vlad said in his most recent CDX RNS when talking about the extension and the agreement with globalco
"We are pleased with the work that has been done so far on our CDX antibody product candidate with our GlobalCo partner, and look forward to our continued collaboration and completion of this significant work. This additional extension of the collaboration will allow us to choose the best CDX antibody for pre-clinical and clinical development."

This for me is quite significant and we are game on with globalCo with an agreement in place , they are just choosing the best CDX antibody??

What it has done is given us a great insight into Vlads road map. I don`t think we could ask for much more.......

Nice to see Hemo making things as crystal clear as they can , looking at the road map we all just need to is keep buying when spare funds are available and then hold .
