I believe we need to be mindful here, firstly imo nothing will or has been done to fully address Prim, it's never going to happen. No formal action has ever been taken, absolutely nothing has happened maybe it's something to do with a Pri0r1ty former Director. Do you arguably think they're all friends in it together btw? Now another former director has 'popped up' loaning PR1 money, how convenient we may allege. I'm still not sure about it all.

As I understand it Companies House do have a backlog, but as of tonight PR1 formal accounts are still overdue. I'm watching with interest.

Something needs to happen so yes a good idea. Does anybody have figures as to how many shareholders are involved with PR1?

Well, well well, Matthew Paul Beardmore previously a non-executive Chairman of PR1 now current CEO of Primorus Investments PLC. Might explain why lack of High Court applications re holding Primorus to account. The whole system is arguably 'bent'. Is anyone still working at Pri0r1ty? DYOR.
