I have have accepted the offer. As a small private investor my no vote or none vote will have made zero difference. But, I did wait till the end till I went on and accepted

If enough of the big boys buy enough stock and hold out they could deny DK the straight forward sale and hope that he increases the offer. Even a small increase in those volumes of stock would produce a quick profit for them. Risky but this is what they do
