Recent acquisitions in the tech space have happened at 18-20x PE ratio. So a $200m revenue org, would get acquired for $3.6bn. That said this is commodities, so lets say 9-10x.

If we are doing $200m a year, There is no chance $500m will be accepted. Typically its 4-8x as a PE and then uplift on that for takeover.

There is a GAP from 160Pish to 242p to fill, that will naturally be the trend now, from 242p straight to 800p
