All oil equities have dropped in the last days, so pantheon is not an exception.

Many people don´t remember the world will need oil for decades... at the same time the duration of world reserves are short and the biggest oil companies have also just a few years of oil reserves to maintain the current levels of daily production. At the same time, they have a problem: a few resources and these resources are hard to do an appraisal and development or to even produce at commercial level.

Middle East will not be here forever and even the current area of US production will not give infinitive oil... so where to explore? unexplored borders like some places in Africa, unstable countries, arctic, alaska, falkland, etc - stable and difficult areas.

A deal would give a entry payment to patheon... there are many interested companies about kodiac and Alphun from different size.

There is money until the end of 2026 and any drilling is frozen until a signed deal.

A big oil company would be a dream and an opened bottle of expensive champagne... but for that we can outsource a nice party to our friend James Simons here)))

What is the main potential catalyst in the short term????

a good farm out contract with some good oil company, preferably a middle sized oil company who can give us a carry agreement or pays the entire costs of development of what is left to do yet in kodiak. About Alphun, Pantheon needs to enhance the drilling and reservoir technology (according with my little knowledge about the subject).

This is the catalyst... when? end of september or a little early...

We could bet for sure there will be a deal, but in which terms and which is the dilution of the asset/cost?

A good contract can make this stock fly... but what is the valuation per barrel of oil given by this future deal???

For these questions, we need to wait.

Until the end of the summer, we will see even more speculation and pump and dump if there isn´t any RNS or unconclusive RNS, which is the norm on AIM stocks.

One more day of pump and dump, that´s why i am focused only in fundamentals and strategy.
