Seems odd; been blue for three days and no movement at all in the SP...letting others in at the bargain price before the spike?
Is it going to be a blockbuster...or just a buster. I'm slowly coming round to the idea that, much like a lot of AIM, this is just a lifestyle vehicle.
I also appear to have had a post removed pretty quickly after it went up pointing out K3 was responding to himself....
I may have missed a joke but it definitely seems to have been swiftly removed...
Notice 6 = authority to issue shares up to £4m. Notice 7 = authority to do it without offering to existing shareholders first.
Not sure how either of those are positive but SP seems to be reacting like it is...
Upward pressure on the SP on the day the Annual Report is sent out to shareholders.....
I'm out too - going to see if I can make some of it back elsewhere whilst this hovers around here and lower. I may buy back in if it gets a below 0.1 which I think is now likely unless there's significant news before the summer. I still think this will come good but the stagnation is kicking in and can't see it hitting the 100% rise a lot of people here, myself included, need to break even anytime soon. Will be Jan 2020 at the earliest I suspect. Good luck to those continuing to hold.
Totally agree on this - getting wound up by someone on an LSE message board suggests quite a bit of naivety. People aren't making decisions purely on sentiment here, and if they are then I wouldn't be trusting their decision making much anyway.
Interesting there's no response to being called out on his investment...2.5m to 0 to 4.5m in a few months! Maybe he is the odd volume buys you see /s
Thanks for responses - I guess the investment case just now boils down to hoping that MT results are at the top end, Italy speeds up dramatically or Bainet West is substantially bigger than Bainet. Under water a little here so probably going in to the back burner for a year!
Thanks both for getting the info out of the investor shows - very helpful.
Just so I've understood the implications, if they want to take up the 49% of Tessorillo, this is most likely to be done through placing. This has to be taken up before the commencement of drilling, so likelihood is the placing is going to be done before there's significant revenue coming in.
What's going to bring the SP up to allow this placing to be done above where we are? Or, should we be resigned to a very highly dilutive placing in c.12-18months?
What does that actually mean for PXOG holders? Good or bad...
Share buys.
Can you ask why there is no director money coming in?
Also, rather than releasing the news of the concession enlargement (+ive) and doing a placing (----ive) at the same time, why didn't they release the news first and see if that moved SP enough to get better price on placing? Placing at .2 when there was a placing last January at .6 looks awful.
How long do they have to announce director buys? I can't see why anyone other than insiders are dumping £40k in here at the moment! Even 10% flippers would be steering clear after a large placing and no imminent news...
Where do you see that loan notes are linked to next placing price? Just re-read the RNS and there's no mention of placings?
The warrants on the loan notes are 0.6p and, from the placing today the brokers have warrants at 0.4p. It's a disappointing RNS but silver lining that the directors and brokers need mcap to at least double to make their bonus. Expect a spike at some point at this year - if don't believe company has a future then get out on the spike and don't get caught up in the hysteria. That's now my plan after this.
The lack of any concrete news on Italy or Spain is holding us back. Confirm Tesorillo surveys or Poder final licence approvals and this could comfortably hit mid 60s. Get both and 1p is a realistic price and is my target for end 2019.
Note though, it's end 2019. This will not be at 2p in the next few weeks or months as some on here seem to expect / want it to be!
If there's a merger I think it might be with someone less known on these shores and more of a footprint across EU / U.S.
On a side note, how much of an impact does re-joining the FTSE100 have? I suspect that a lot of the last 2 days rise might be on the back of that, as pensions/trackers/etfs etc. will have to immediately bring the stock in to their portfolio?
There's a compromise to be had though. Critical, constructive commentary is fine but you don't need to keep predicting teens every 2 months without adding anything else to the conversation.
What has changed is quite clear and it's equally clear that what has changed isn't going to change the SP. Until more gas / revenue is flowing or a bigger find is confirmed and drilled, there's going to be no run on the SP. If (and it is an IF) those things happen then it comes good. If not, it doesn't and we move on.
If you've already decided it isn't going to, just move on.
Is this all off the back of closing down 0* restaurants and Ubereats cutting delivery costs? Seems like an overreaction to that but can't find any other news or analysis which would precipitate a near 6% drop by 10am!?
