Libero, it is because the low volumes on the AIM mean that the market makers can play the old sell-then-walk-down game. They only need to encourage a tiny fraction of shares out each time they do this but the end result is that the SP reflects the lowest price that any single shareholder will take for their shares.
As the business matures valuations will be more reflective of the true company fundamentals - the only question each shareholder has to ask themselves is 1) how much higher is the SP at that point and 2) can they be bothered to wait, well, perhaps only 6-12 months.
