Please can you explain why no RNS today to update shareholders on the refinancing & if Petrofac has reached an agreement with its Bondholders ?

You either have it by now or you don’t

It’s cannot be that difficult to let the Market know

The lack of news & lateness of information isn’t exactly forthcoming

The board needs to step up to the mark & be more proactive with its communications
