Hi Icecool, I respect your opinions and have enjoyed your input for a while, so thank you for that. Indeed, I could well be selling at the bottom and leaving today was not something I did without serious consideration. However, based on what we know so far, including the market conditions, etc. What makes you think 41p is the bottom? I guess you believe it is, and I believe its not. Zero is the bottom of any share. Hi everyone, I do not post regularly, but I wanted to share my experience with Avacta. I have been a long-term holder (too long - was never planning on holding any share like this) since 2020. I believe in science, and I am hopeful that there will be a breakthrough with this for the human race. That all said, there is a reason why we are all here and it was precisely about a year ago that the price started dropping like this, and I went against my gut feeling and then low and behold, we know what happened next. I promised myself that I was not going to try to lower my average, but again, I went against my gut and bought a couple of times, essentially lowering my average from £1.20 to approx 87p. Over the last few months, I have found myself clinging on to the hope that there was going to be some game-changing commercial news (not an RNS about another new poster), but I have now reached the end of my tether with it. Sometimes, you need to take a punch of the nose and move on, and I have done that today. Based on my experience with this share, market trends and general sentiment on the AIM market, I am fully expecting a 4.30 pm red dot (dirty time) in the next few days with another placing and there will be the usual positive spin on it from select few. I myself will never ever be investing in AIM again; I feel it is a corrupt place with very little liquidity. Good luck to all and fingers crossed for the future of AVACTA and what they are trying to achieve.

As I said on my previous posts, there is no smoke without fire. I now have taken a fair old hit but I know the game and you win some, you lose some. Believe in the tech and buckle up, I would advise not looking at the share price for the whole of March, at the very least. I hope everyone is ok.

Nothing is confirmed yet of course but it does not look good. A few things that I have learned, all in my own opinion which is what these boards are for.

- If there are paid shorters who sit behind dodgy looking profiles then why cant there be paid bulls? Surely this is two very different strategies except the shorters are generally abused but the bulls are seen as angels.

- Do you think the likes of TW is sitting there upset right now, or do you think he is smiling, thinking 'I told you so'? Not saying I endorse their strategy, but to do it with some conviction, there is no way they are not 'in the know', we know how corrupt Aim can be.

- This website, I understand how banner ads work, but on this website specifically, I question their advertisers, it is generally preaching on a certain type of person, one of which I question their IQ

- Why when there is a big movement in the market, does this LSE tend to crash? Is it because its quite basic site, or do they take it down on purpose to create more panic? Who knows.

- Placing or no placing ahead, after all the management have said about this not going to happen again, why should we believe a word they say in the future?

I have now made the decision that this is very much an open casino and we know what happens, the house always wins.

I hope so guys, I ignored the noise for SNG before it went from 35p to £2.20 on that sunny July day. Ahhh, the memories...

To be honest, I am expecting the results but nothing else tomorrow and because of uncertainty and further market turmoil I would imagine a drop for a few days. Luckily (or unluckily) for me I bought in at circa £2.50 but have gradually averaged down to c.£1.50 now. This could give me the chance to top up sub £1 to further lower my average.

Strap up, short term it maybe choppy but medium/long term I believe the fundamentals are strong!

I did not sell at a high, I will not sell at a low!

Hi guys, long term holder here and keeping the faith. I often check these boards and various other platforms but just wanted to ask from someone a bit more clued up on the following.

Thursday, what constitutes a healthy balance sheet in terms of £ and what would be considered bad?

I guess there are lots of different scenarios but what happens to the share price in the following circumstances short term?

1) Interim results showing a fair and expected balance sheet confirming we are still fully funded well in to 2023

2) interim results with a less then expected balance sheet

3) results with less then expected balance sheet but separate RNS either informing the market we are in ‘talks’ with licensing agreements or already confirmed

Of course everyone has an opinion and that is what you are investing/betting on, essentially good results vs bad. I personally believe the fundamentals look good with everything we are hearing and my fingers toes etc are crossed both for me financially and of course for humanity!

Ahhh the Myth of the US market opening.... If I had a quid for every time I read that on these boards then I would have a larger holding in SNG than Polar. Keep the faith people. Richard is a don.

More Patsy Palmer at this rate. Market in general is pretty tough at the moment. Hold for gold! Confident this will come good.

I think some people need to relax a little, I am sure we are all frustrated with the current SP however, more so if you are a trader but the long term fundamentals remain the same, as does the end goal, which is pretty much positive P3 results and what follows after. People should be using this as an opportunity to top up, average down, do whatever they need to do. If you are really panicking then you clearly have too much invested and the only person you should be frustrated with is yourself.

To all the decent, knowledgable posters (you know who you are) please do not cave in to the dribble and dross. I do fear this continuous crying will eventually repel you from this board and people who enjoy reading your posts will suffer at the hands of the minority.

If you are getting concerned, moaning, feeling like the price is going to drop then PLEASE do most of us a favour, hit the sell button with your broker and NOT the post message button on this forum. If your worried you do not understand the company and/or have too much invested. This to me feels very much like early July, before you know what happened.... :-)
