No - they won’t be selling. They know this is going to explode soon and they will be adding to their investment as they are already de-risked by holding at an average that has a decent margin below current SP.

Many of us took advantage and bought just above the placing price and are adding for the same reason.

If you are sitting at 8p you should take every opportunity to average down as long as you can afford it.

I was sitting at 14.6p but took advantage when SP dropped to 0.25p

The BOD would no doubt have wanted to buy more shares at the discounted price but were restricted by legislation.

There will also most likely be restrictions on when they can sell. This could be by time or price!

No guarantee PIs get to buy at or near to the placing price. A lot of people were sitting on the sidelines and are ready to jump in. A scramble to buy could actually see the price climbing tomorrow as we have more surety in having the money we need to progress. It will be interesting to see how many of the BOD take up their allocation.

Not all bad news. The cash will be in place for the EWT and the SP should recover quite quickly. IMHO, the window of opportunity for PIs to get cheap shares will be quite narrow. Take advantage IF you can and you can afford to lose it.

I’m more inclined to think there will a bounce back up soon. Lots of big buys coming in. Don’t miss out for the sake of a slim possibility it could drop lower.

I can speak authoritatively as a LTH since my highest purchase price was 17.6p. I bought a huge amount when the price was 0.25p and just struck it lucky when the sp multi-bagged. Had I waited to jump on the spike, I would have missed out.

I believe there is an even bigger spike coming along but I wouldn’t sit on the sidelines waiting for it as when it does, you’ll find you can’t buy in cheap.
