2. Turnover

Turnover of £167,829,317 (2024: £132,569,879) was generated in the year from provision of

investment management services, investment advisory services and fees relating to the passthrough of expenses. All revenue is earned through services provided to funds domiciled in North

America.

Results and distributions

The Profit for the year before Members'remuneration and profit shares amounted to £150,687,454

(2024: £122,106,587) and is shown in the Income statement on page 10. Members' interests

amount to £8,061,541 (2024: £6,100,698). The Partnership's Statement of financial position is

detailed on page 12.

GSA Capital's quantitative algorithm is highly likely making a profit on this trade Because the fund built up the majority of its short position while the stock was trading at much higher levels, the recent downward trend has put the trade significantly "in the money"

Since a short position makes money when a stock drops, GSA's algorithm successfully captured the price decay from the ~1.50p+ level down to today's 1.15p, the algorithm even took partial profits on 1 July 2026, trimming the position down from 1.00% to 0.90% right after the fundraising dilution tanked the price.

The 'dire consequences of an open short on DH !' is an insignificant £250,000 for GSA Capital a major quantitative hedge fund managing billions of dollars in assets. A position worth roughly £250,000 represents less than 0.01% of their total capital under management. For a fund of this scale, a trade of this size is practically a rounding error in their daily operations. the drop in % is due to the increased 400,000,000 that hit the market not any active closing of the short.

The Thar Block VI wont show any credible movment this side of 2028, it isnt a viable pit for local power generation so the shift will be to produce syngas, Oracle Power and China Coal have jointly lobbied the Pakistani government to establish a regulated buy-back policy for syngas. If the government guarantees profitable sovereign off-take agreements for fertilizer, China Coal may inject equity into the processing facilities. Any imput of funds into Thar will be to keep the lights on until that Policy is in place.

22nd December RNS informs the shareholders of being in the final stages to announce the decision to appoint a CEO, with news to come in January 2026 that an appointment will be offered. The acceptance of the candidate was announced in the 24th December RNS, a month early.

"The new Chief Executive Officer is expected to formally move into the role in early Q2, following completion of contractual arrangements and notice period obligations associated with the appointee's current position. The Company will provide a further update once these matters are finalised"

Don't become fixated on an announcement of WHO it is until April/May, someone of the calibre needed for this role isn't from an ordinary staff agency requiring 2 Hours notice period .

The board ponied up over £350,000 at the start of its life after Guild Esports floundered, haemorrhaging cash trying to stay afloat.

True about Whitespace, But as Defence Holdings is listed and as a Partner with Whitespace, this should be via RNS. Admittedly this funding is from a different partner, but it adds credibility to our Partnership.

How much meat do you need on them bones??

I bought in 5th September at 0.0115p topping up as I can saw the 0.048p and held on and right through the dips. My average is 0.0232p holding 500,000 and running a loss ATM. But my fingers will be as sticky for a long time.

Never had a problem with freetrade, no commision to pay ISA wrap and sipp on the basic.
