As a 21 y/o I can tell you when I think of china, I think fake. If I wanted to spunk out £300 quid or whatever on a pair of trainers I can assure you I wouldn't be buying off a Chinese online retailer. I, like most of my age demographic will go to a known retailer. So sure, online is a concern to the high street but lets not be fooled into think China is the straw that broke the camels back with regards to FOOT and Donald Trump is our knight in shining Armour.

I would say there is even less than that amount knocking about. I myself have 100k shares (sitting on a big-ish loss) and I won't be selling a bean until we're over the £1 mark. I reckon there are many others who hold just as much as me if not more and won't be selling either.

It was reported in the local papers that FOOT was coming to our main shopping centre. Haven’t heard any developments since, it’ll be a great store in Brighton. Emailed investor relations but they said they can’t comment on individual stores. Hoping they’ll be details in the report next month. I think an important thing to consider here is even though opening stores come with a lot of overheads etc it also gets word out about FOOT. I would say over 95% of people who live in Brighton don’t even know about FOOT. Everyone I’ve asked has never heard of them. A store will help ghlight the brand. Hope that makes sense ha

In my mind I would assume that they are moving the rig 100m further away from the shore. If that is the case you would think they would be on less precarious ground. Wish I had money to average down. GLA

How can they give a SP target of 22p, so a MCAP of 22mil. This is company is growing in revenues! Not going down the pan. Might need to slow capex spending now though. Easy does it

Just for clarity, they have 1mil set aside for any issues like this. It's all in the reports on the website. NO FUNDING NEEDED

So the SP sits at 38.25p and a Mcap of just under 40mil. As it stands FOOT had a credit facility of 30mil which as far as we know is unused. In Feb of this year cash stood at 11mil. Also I think it’s worth noting their intangible assets such a leases etc on warehouses and shops. Also worth considering stock but this ideally shouldn’t be sitting too high. This is a growing company with a lot of overheads and expenses so I feel in the next 1/2 years it’ll be completely different and they can benefit from the investments they’re putting in. I suppose the market fears now are is if they aren’t growing to make a net profit they will be in trouble but at 15% growth a year they will be fine.

I’ve heard someone talk about breaching their financial convents with the debt facility. Does anyone know about this?

Also what are people’s thought on their cash position. Would it have changed much since Feb?

I believe this will recover but it is medium to long term.

Jonny is right. I’m not sure where I read it but the co have confirmed that 102 is on hold due to proximity. The info is out there somewhere though :)
