BP posted amazing Q1 results with 2.6 billion net income, share price gone up less than 2% .... CCIV yet made a car on the road, rumours says it will have a deal with apple yesterday, gone up 17% in one day .... hmmmm what is going on with the stock market?
No idea why UK death rate is so high? I think anyone who got Covid regardless if they had serious underlying health problems would put down as Covid death. Close mate's grandma passed away in her 90s had pneumonia (got told only have few weeks left) later also caught Covid in hospital, put down as Covid death.
Without sounding like a d**k, there are lot of things we do endanger people's lives (car accident for example, but we still driving), and the covid endangered group are mostly > 80s , should we shut down the earth for? I am not sure. data says 3-5% death rate, but far more % of the population are suffering from the lock down.
Anyhow, back to the SP, hope it raises back to 200.
Looking at the death rate and data, there are less people die of Covid than Obesity (2.4 v.s 2.8 million).
Still can't get my head around we are shutting down the entire world for Covid, but kept it open for other death causes.
