The board of Kanabo Group plc has announced that the company has been placed into administration from 28 November 2025 and have appointed administrators. The company’s shares were previously suspended from trading on the London Stock Exchange on 1 May 2025.

Once the company confirms further information, for instance an intention to either delist or distribute any potential proceeds following completion of the administration process, we will contact you again with more details.

If that’s it, pleased HL have decency to remove from my holdings list as complete write off don’t need to keep seeing it!

This morning this share is showing no value on my HL account value is N/A. Does that mean KNB are delisted
