Looking at the possibilities, M&G and BR have a long track record of sticking by investments of this nature; I can't see Hanwa selling, the COE estate don't have that many shares and the others are related parties. All of which does rather suggest it was our friends at KDNC. And I have to say, I really do hope and pray it was them; the consequences of either M&G or BR selling don't bear thinking about.
As to the question of why the consistent buying isn't moving the price, my guess is that the MMs have to clear the 4.5m before we'd see a lift. And by my calculation, that hasn't happened yet...although there doesn't seem that far to go. Mind you, it's entirely possible the whole line of stock was placed with someone who is also yet to announce; in whch case, my theory falls on it's face.

Do you not understand that having a share price this low makes the task of raising more equity even more difficult and, come to that, even more dilutive? So, whilst you may think it's a good thing because you've been able to buy a few more 'cheap' shares, this has had a very bad effect on the company.

No, I'm not angry about the market reacting to news. I'm angry that a person who may be thought to have some inside knowledge, decided it was a good idea to comment in the way he did. So, let's answer your questions: 1) the company can only develop one thing at a time and, quite rightly, it was decided to develop the assets we own 100% of. Or do you think we should be all nice and cuddly and work against our own interests? 2) Nonsense. Zinnwald came on the market and represents a great opportunity. Why on earth would we do EMH any favours? 3) If the COE is found to be 'illegal' and by that I mean that it's not supported by documentation, why on earth would we pay such a ludicrous royalty? It is a very substantial figure and is entirely unsuitable.

The problem, Acuteperception, is that because KDNC are a significant shareholder, the market reacted as if his statement was fact and that he was in possession of inside information.
This was cack-handed and irresponsible at best, and quite possibly mendacious and malicious at worst.
So, yes, we are fed-up at seeing 20% of the value of our investment being trashed and we are also fully aware that this useless value-destroyer of his own business has now sought to damage ours. iceberg, the point he was making is that none of the major shareholders are insiders (personally, I don't see how that can be the case wrt Hanwa, as they have someone sitting on the board) and nor would they wish to be.
The second point, as stated by PS, is that they will start the financing discussions in the New Year (there is no point trying to do it in December) therefore, there are no details to discuss with the current shareholders, ergo, there is no inside information on this topic...as yet. So the twerp's comments yesterday were based upon nothing other than either malicious intent, or downright stupidity and incompetence.

I really don't know how many times it has to be said before it sinks in, but we've known about the need for fund raising for as long as I can remember, which, in my case, is 2014 when I first became a shareholder.
It may have escaped your attention, but this is a mining development company that needs money to build the mine. Of course, this may be a new concept to you, but for gods sake, do some background reading before stating the bleedin' obvious.
