i am waiting to buy back next few days after selling at 40pish
also people must be aware they have £550m in the bank plus £350 coming in
thats £2.2n minus £900m net debt£1.3b
property value£6.2b
dont see the need to sell anymore
the maths are looking very good
regarding share price of £1
before all these various issues about 3/4 years ago when net asset value was £7.78 per share
the share price was in the range about £5
it always traded 40 per cent below NAV
i would love it to be £1 but i dont think it will ever get to £1 until they start building flats/houses
