Ocelot - if Clogau was about to become a 'cash cow' any responsible management team would wait for that cash rather than (a) do an immediate raise which generates around £350k but at a discount which destroys £1m of shareholder value and (b) potentially commit a substantial proportion of that raise to speculative projects in regions where the company brings no 'value add', just cash.

If they generate cash and use it to speculate I would be much more sympathetic.

Robbie - I'm very much aligned with your approach - don't know how to PM on here but if you (or anyone else) finds a way to organise I would definitiely be an active participant.

I recently asked a question in the new 'Q&A' relating to this and got a suitably patronising response.

Recent raises are for (relatively) small sums and the discounts destroy more shareholder value than the amount raised. Today shareholders have lost about £1m in value for the company to raise £400k. Why not go to existing shareholders first - I can't be alone in thinking I'd rather put my hand in my pocket than write off 30% of my current holding.

Realise this is quite common, but for those who track these things, trades showing as 'sells' at 11.39 this morning are likely to be 'buys' - the one below definitely is:
