WSG has failed to deliver on its promises and the share price has declined as market sentiment wains. Its a real gamble investing in WSG. You're gambling on the outcomes of contract tenders and political events which WSG does not have control over. For anyone left in I'd probably hold in hope rather than in faith.
The reality is that the SP has only risen by 0.4% in the space of a month.
CLIN is surely positioned to move to the FTSE250. Of course there are cost implications but it opens up the company to significant further investment such as more institutional investors. US funds prefer main listed companies rather than AIM because they are safer bet as the conditions and criteria companies must meet is tighter e.g. corporate governance. Plus in theory it should provide more stability in the shareholder base. CLIN is the top 10 AIM companies in terms of market cap (last time I checked).
A buy of £444k. Huge buy,
A buy of £227k this morning. Huuuge.
If things keep progressing as much as they are then the target is certainly realistic. 80k customers is significant and it just needs to continue. But I do expect this to tail off at some stage. Outlook is positive but needs to keep momentum.
Lots of buys going through. Saw a couple of £25k-ers on Hargreaves Lansdown. This theme looks set to continue. The Deutsche target is starting to look realistic now.
Definitely a positive update. Just need to look at what all 5 of the brokers are saying. Targets well above £10.
I'm pretty sure net debt position is good. Net debt substantially decreased by £33.1m to £35.0m in 2017.
I still think that CLIN represents excellent value for EPS growth. Acquisitions such as Quantum, Idis and IMMC are yet to fully contribute and once these are fully consolidated and integrated with the Group and operational costs are cut further, CLIN really has the potential to grow organically and achieve its economies of scale.
There always seems to be a focus on revenue. Whilst revenue is expected to remain flat, the key here is that pre-tax profits are expected to be higher than 2017.
I'm not too sure they could have anticipated such a big drop. I was surprised myself.
The RNS is both positive and negative. I'm still expecting profit to be in the region of £3m before tax.
The brands business is posting double digit growth as newly acquired brands are fully integrated into the company. There was always going to be exposure to contract losses and the Board were aware of this.
TALK is coming home
Swallowfield have been really prudent and calculated with the business strategy. The current Exec. Team are really delivering strong results and its pleasing to see the company in such capable hands and heading in the right direction.
The acquisition of the Fish brand is an obvious synergy to complement Swallowfield’s product offering and I am really interested to see how the company positions this new well established brand.
Overall, the outlook for Swallowfield is extremely positive.
I’m hugely optimistic about Bango Plc. End-user growth is increasing exponentially as more and more people process mobile based transactions that have the integrated Bango platform. And its pleasing to see Bango Plc. Increase its customer portfolio with Pandora the latest to partner with Bango. So the growth strategy is simple:
1) More people pay using their mobile phones
2) More Bango customers
Operational costs will also look to stabilise and sales & marketing steadies and will certainly not increase in line with revenue growth.
Not necessarily for day traders. But those wishing to make substantial gains and those who have held should wait until the end of the Sep.
This is extremely positive news. Especially from a credible analyst like Deutsche Bank.
And we have to bear in mind that any analysts making such recommendations and targets will be (you'd think) on the prudent side.
So I'm hugely confident that TALK will more than reach the 173 GBX target.
6p*
You're right! I've used a number of valuation models and I get a figure in the range of about 18p - 25p. So yeah 6pm seems a massively discounted value.
TALK is hold from now on.
The only reason Id ever sell is if I needed the money to put on a sure thing investment.
