Isn't it being held by the MMs at 102p per share? Even with what has been bought today at 107p and above, aren't they still holding a huge number of shares? Well, that's my understanding of the after hours UT and sell prints. If that's correct then can we expect 103+p to be the base price for buying for a while, until those shares have been shifted? Barring any news of course.

Continuing to dose a patient who is responding very well in what is a dose-finding study would be a question for the ethics committee and would, I should think, require approval from the body that authorises clinicla trials, that being the MHRA in the UK.

The US has a very weird patent system with patents able to continue in part, claiming the priority of the earlier patent being continued. No doubt this all relates back to the 2015 patent which is now granted - i.e. is in force as long as the annual fees are paid.

I don't know when FAP expression ceases during development (growth), but FAP abundance in tumours is always compared to healthy ADULT cells.
