Why would Avacta buy a second UK-based invitro diagnostics distributor?

Possibly to sell to market segments and/or countries not covered by Launch? Might there be a better distributor for Affimer-based IVDs?

Didn't read the FUD as it's all green boxed but there seemed to be fretting by the share defenders that a news vacuum FUD was being spread. Well. Science Day was on 23 February. The market wasn't able to trade on it until the 27th, although some detail had been leaked by attendees on the 24th, and we are now 6 March. A whole week of trading on the Science Day content. And people selling because they can be fooled into thinking there is a news vacuum? Well, it's their choice. #DYOR

The £2m OO raise was a sop to PIs - although open to all current investors, including the IIs, the IIs also had the other raise, which was oversubscribed and extra shares were issued, to obtain shares at 95p.
