I'd suggest discussions with ??? had sufficiently progressed for Avacta to either be including TNBC for a pharma company that will commit to funding Phase 2 TNBC pending Phase 1b efficacy data meeting certain requirements OR Avacta decided that a second STS indication would just be a second small market and are going for TNBC in the hope of sealing a deal with one of the interested but as yet uncommitted pharma companies.

@JL, 100% Avacta are looking for a partner or licensee for AVA6000 Phase 2 studies for breast cancer and good Phase 1b efficacy data would be the key to unlock already expressed commitment or interest. What commitment and/or level(s) of interest there are and when sufficient decisive data will be available we can only speculate.

If I am decoding this correctly, my guess would be that this could also be an exatecan prodrug, like AVA6103, as that saves confusion when referring to several different candidate prodrugs with different combinations of capping group (AVA6---) or Affimer (AVA7---), linker (AVA-1--) and warhead (AVA--nn), particularly warhead. Or it could just be the third candidate they made in the AVA7100 program.
