Well the management is made up of experienced professional people now and they know what will be required to progress the TNBC indication to market. Hasn't CC stated that Avata would need to partner for breast cancer? I think the Phase 1b TNBC cohort and the plan to take AVA6000 to market for that indication is based on discussions with big farmer, good initial data from the RDE cohort and a strong belief that big farmer will be very interested in partnering when the data become available. I'm not aware of what CC said during that corporate presentation to institutional investors - is there a recording or transcript? - but I'd guess she didn't take the attendees for idiots and qualified the TNBC plan with talk of a partnership.

Oh, my understanding was that Avacta will take AVA6000 to market for HGSTS (but possibly SGC, but that's a smaller market and AVA6000 could be prescribed off-label anyway once the first approval goes through) and then, as funding allows, SGC. Meanwhile a well resourced farmer will partner with Avacta to do the necessary TNBC trials to get AVA600 to market for that indication.

The only certainty is that no certainty can be inferred from the non-arrival yet of a new CFO.

The fact is that getting AVA6000 and the other pre|CISION compounds to market will take as long as it takes, meaning as long as it takes to satisfy the regulatory authorities that they are safe and efficacious. We now have experienced pharma executives, professionals who've done this sort of thing before, heading the company.

The fact also is that wyndrum, thornogson/NDN/eggy and toukankahmoon are traders and/or damaged individuals who are ignorant of the processes involved in clinical development as well as the underlying oncology and can, indeed should, be disregarded, filtered or reported when they spout their disinformation to try to influence sentiment (their FUD).

I didn't know what FPI meant either but found it in a slide footnote. It means First Patient In.

It is 'recommended dose for expansion'.

It is the dosing regimen (dose level and frequency) that is agreed between the company (Avacta) and the regulatory authority/ies (FDA, MHRA?) that will approve the dose expansion (Phase 1b) study.
