Now the dust has settled, what happened with the last offload.
We were lead to believe output of 19,700 per day i think, turned out in the RNS that 7 was shut in, so no way production could have been that high.

When is it likely to be?
What if the FCA revokes the Licence to lend and imposes a large fine.
Highest FCA Fines of 2019. Standard Chartered Bank (fined £102m) Bank of Scotland plc (fined £45.5m) Goldman Sachs International (fined £34.3m) Standard Life Assurance Limited (fined £30.8m) The Carphone Warehouse (fined £29.1m) UBS AG (fined £27.6m) Prudential Assurance Company Limited (fined £23.9m)
IDP went down a similar path, founder sold 1m share when only 14m in issue, people lost faith after that and every rise was sold into.
When he finally went, he sold 4.5m on one day out of 14m shares in issue. I think it halved in a day.

Doesn't the largest shareholder have to agree to the 20.9p offer? He has said on twitter he wont agree to it. Has that been stated in a RNS?
On twitter he said he would sell 1% of Amigo per day, he owns 61%, so 61 days i presume, if the vote goes against him.
