Sorry if this is seen as a bit of a Hi-jack but how woudl a buy out work?
I bought a bit too strongly too late last year and im still holding a loss so whilst it was low I have been buying this year to average down. So the recent rises although are nice I wish had waited a little while longer to get the average even lower.
Helium one need to approve drillers and how ever many holes for example lets say they only do 1 again and its a deep dive like last year we could probably safely assume share price during drilling May-July time the share price will be about 22p (happy days im in profit I may take the majority of my money out this time and just let the profits ride as circumstances have changed this year and would probably like to have the capital back), if a company were to buy HE1 would sort of price would they give?
If Exxon came out of no where tomorrow and said we are buying HE1 how does that affect a share holder and what sort of price would they give?
Might be a very difficult thing to answer as I dont understand this part too well and I am hoping someone else has been in this situation before and may be able to shed a little light on it for me, as if Exxon came in tomorrow and said we are buying HE1 for 13p a share I would be quickly turning that paper loss into a real loss.
