The directors have made money,long term holders lost out no argument.

Sold my business in 2018, invested mainly in funds all made money, invested off my own research on 5 Aim companies all lost loads of money.

Not on this share, been here 8 years and need it to 5 bag to break even, beware.

JW ran this like his own private company the Scilly Ferry / fishing boat for survey. He has personally done very well out of shareholders ,lived in rented accommodation before this started not now.

I understand that new and expanding businesses eat capital and often lose money however the amount of cash taken from the company's coffers in directors' salaries, bonuses and surveys, considering the size of this company, seems a tad excessive. Rewards could have come later using share options etc. and cashed in when success arrives. This would set an example to shareholders that we are all in it Together .Remember, this is borrowed money at an unusually high Interest rate with strings. GLA

The biggest joke here are the salaries and bonuses of the top two. Back slapping each other. The company loses a shed load of money while directors live it up. What are auditors doing here? Corporate governance!! Lots of holders here generally interested in UK ship building.

The gravy train will soon be over for the director's of this Aim company.
