I understand that new and expanding businesses eat capital and often lose money however the amount of cash taken from the company's coffers in directors' salaries, bonuses and surveys, considering the size of this company, seems a tad excessive. Rewards could have come later using share options etc. and cashed in when success arrives. This would set an example to shareholders that we are all in it Together .Remember, this is borrowed money at an unusually high Interest rate with strings. GLA
