Don't be alarmed - I'm just swapping out of a SIPP and into my ISA so I bought a similar amount just prior which is not showing up yet. Not the first time this has happened so I'm actually starting to believe these rumours of MM games, lol.

I find it reassuring to know that it WAS City Financial causing the drop, and nothing to do with Scancell itself. That late sell matches exactly their holding as per Scancell website, so if that was up to date then presumably they have not been selling off previously and it was just the expectation of the impending disposal which has been keeping the SP down.

It's also reassuring for me to be able to buy at a lower price than some of LD's and RG's options.

Anyway, never mind the 16m sell - there's still no sign of my 25k buy, lol.

To be honest, I had expected more of a "buying opportunity" today. SP seems to be quite robust at the moment, so I guess the repeated guidance that 2018 revenues will be 4 times that of 2017 is trumping any concerns over the delay.

Been out most of the day, so coming home to this drop was a bit of a shock as you can imagine ! Expected to find a disastrous RNS, but nothing, so as I do love a bargain I've snaffled another 25k at 4.02. The way I see it the science and the scientists behind it remain as outstanding as ever.

No offence intended dreaming, and updates have been fewer than some of us hoped for, but it's not really right to say "each day passes and no delivery of promised info" IMO, unless you mean jig and concentrator commissioned and production ramping up, and those will come when they come.

Why would anyone continue to hold shares if they don't believe in MM and the company ? That honestly seems like the height of stupidity to me. My confidence may turn out to be misplaced (I don't think it will) but at least I am following my own research and beliefs.

Totally agree with you GIT that is really is that simple. The only thing I can influence is the number of shares I have, be that more than my current 12.1m, or zero.

That said, I can understand if a little bit of letting off steam helps some people, and it doesn't bother me too much or affect my views. Just not my way, which is why I don't haunt the bb's of shares I have sold out of.

One thing about AIM that I have worked out over the last few years is that a SP doesn't always do want you want or expect when you want or expect it to. As long as there is real progress in what the company is doing I'll wait, and try not to get too frustrated in the meantime.

But to be fair, I'm the same with supermarket checkout queues and motorway lanes - don't see the point in constantly chopping and changing, just settle in and relax, much better for the old blood pressure.
