Atlas have agreed to the facility, so while they may not like not (currently) having the option to convert, they couldn't refuse a drawdown (as I see it).

We all trust WRES are only taking drawdowns when absolutely necessary, so their reluctance is a given I would hope.

I agree that the implication was that the full amount would be drawn down, but we've not been told that it has, whereas we have been informed of all the Atlas drawdowns.

Regarding October's $7.5m increase in the Blackrock facility, the RNS stated that $2.75m had already been drawn down, but to my knowledge we have not been told that the rest of the 7.5m has been drawn down also.
