if keytruda is worth 17 billion then lets have some cash now to show willing. shareholders prop the company up and keep it going. where is the revenue from Merck / Pfizer? and how much is it? we can't do this alone. at some point the technology and products need to be sold or the big money has to help out aswell.

I hope your right, this does seem to be the case and I agree it seems to be holding up pretty well. when share prices fall i try to think of it as a loan that will be paid back with interest!

im concerned about future finances and funding and wondered if the radio silence is because the company are scratching around trying to find solutions, but not getting anywhere. no news or reassurance whatsoever. disappointing.

im losing confidence. if this drops much further im going to have to consider my options.

why buy the company out when you can let it run itself into the ground and pick it up for nothing. seems to be the latest fashion these days. in the meantime Merck can groom the company whilst it racks up more debt until it can no longer support itself. seems like a sensible plan to me, if a little immoral. no RNS's I guess people are busy doing what they do. I guess there is the value of the intellectual property and technology but will it be gifted away and leave the shareholders dry? just saying, as im undecided on this one. some positive RNS information to give us a bit more confidence would be good. I believe in the technology but as a shareholder I'm unsure.

theres no such thing as a free lunch. its better to legitimately sell the pork pies at a favourable rate. free pork pies are risky and a liability.

on the face of it this appears to be an illicit use of shareholder funds when you look at the general demise over the course of the last year. this is no way to operate and shouldn't be happening in my opinion. if some value is ultimately given back to shareholders then that would mitigate the situation.

I heard the podcast and believe they're doing a great job. it's an incredible company. but they may run out of money at some point and I'm not sure what the plan is to get past that.

agree... because they had to give something a bit extra.... im still waiting and expect good news (forever the optimist lol)..... "rumour" on Friday was 7p a share..... just suppose that was 10p or even more..... 20p / 30p to definitely seal the deal......

I haven't got an answer for that but sure if we've been screwed over then the compliment has to be returned in kind

maybe they're in talks to divvy it up so that Morrisons get some stores and issa get others. if it's a stitch up I won't be very impressed with any of 'em. im not sure to believe mr kleinman following his other tweet on Friday, but if Morrisons is a sole victor that seems to bode well.

im wondering if there was a particular reason why share price was trying to be kept low... that would be a logical reason. we will see.. its like a price matching war, I just hope that a deal with a bit of glitter (ie for shareholders) wins the day.

im not sure who's in charge at the moment - PWC or McColl's - we will soon find out I guess

if some magic happens how will it work? will we get another RNS or will the beast rise upon its own steam and bulldozer the stockmarket when its on its own 4 feet? certainly an interesting ride. im not sure wether to look or run away and find new pastures. I was goner hide behind a hedge but even that is risky. we defo need a miracle :-)

good luck to the board in finding new employment, and good luck to the banks in getting all their money back. if it's not gonna end well then it's not gonna end well. it looked like Morrisons were up for big things here - I think they'll get what they want but for all other parties its a disaster, and yes, I agree, was avoidable and unnecessary.

my view is that Morrisons could still pick this up, we will just have to see what happens. if the EG Group isn't willing to pay the pensions and the Morrisons bid comes up with a better deal then it could switch back? I read somewhere among the news that the issa brothers deal was not likely to use the stores under the asda brand.... so why buy them? we will just have to see what kind of deal gets thrashed out. maybe a good weekend to go off fishing or something and forget about it all for a few days.

ill make it up over the next couple of months so not a massive amount but a bit of a dent that's recoverable. so all is not lost, its true what they say only invest what you can afford to lose.

absolutely.. you could call it good will, except note they don't appear to want to foot the bill for the pensions. what about ethics and all that hey? i mean... you wanna be seen as a good operator, nice to the customers, fair, decent, honourable etc. good will.

so I'm not sure how much to trust news sources after today's events, but sky is now mentioning an injunction to add to the proceedings so it'll be interesting to see what happens. im resigned to the fact that I may have lost money here but there's still something about all of this that doesn't make sense. only time will tell. twists and turns, it feels like anything could happen. im anxious (possibly deluded?!) to hear good news but what will be will be, if i can only sit and watch events unfold then so be it..
