I think that must be a mistake in the highlights section of the 2 August RNS. As 6z states, the Ascendant press release makes it clear that "Ascendant holds a 25% interest in Redcorp, the operating subsidiary which holds an 85% interest in the Lagoa Salgada Project".
Thus, the remaining 15% must be held directly within THC. It does make a difference in the valuation of LS to MAFL as Ascendant can ear in up to a total of 80% of Redcorp (i.e. 0.80 x .085 = 68% total of LS), leaving MAFL with the remaining 32% of the developed asset.
