LONDRA (Alliance News) - Zytronic PLC, a manufacturer and developer of touch sensor products, said Thursday that Non-Executive Director David Chapman will retire from the board on Friday.
Chapman, who will leave the company after 18 years, joined the company's board at the time of its initial public offering.
Zytronic shares were trading down 1.4% at 480.51 pence each.
