LONDON (Alliance News) - WPP PLC said on Thursday that Finance Director Paul Richardson has formally confirmed he will be retiring from his role with effect on January 31, 2020.
He will be leaving after 23 years in the role, having started in 1992.
"A recruitment process for a new group finance director is underway and a further announcement will be made in due course," WPP said in a statement.
Shares in the FTSE 100-listed advertising firm closed down 1.2% at 869.80 pence on Thursday.
