Communications services giant WPP has acquired Canadian creative digital marketing agency Twist Image Multimedia Inc.. In 2013 the firm generated unaudited revenues of CAD $13.4m, with year-end gross assets of almost CAD $6m. The company, which was founded in 2000, employs 100 people and includes the TD Bank, Walmart Canada and Dairy Farmers of Canada, among others. Twist Image's Chief Executive, Mark Goodman, said that there is "tremendous value in joining a parent company like WPP, where there is great focus on digital media and creativity".
