LONDON (Alliance News) - Wishbone Gold PLC on Tuesday said it raised GBP175,000 pursuant to a warrants exercise on Monday.
The precious metals exploration company received notice of a warrants exercise for 175.0 million shares at 0.1 pence each.
Admission of the new shares to trading is expected on AIM on March 4, after which Wishbone will have 2.85 billion shares in issue.
Wishbone shares were trading down 4.1% at 0.11p each on Tuesday afternoon.
