Vodafone Renews Partner Market Agreement With Belgacom

LONDON (Alliance News) - Vodafone Group PLC said Friday that it had renewed its partner market agreement with Belgian telecommunications company Belgacom Group SA for a further three years.

The partner market agreement covers Belgium and Luxemborg. Under the agreement, Vodafone and Belgacom's customers will be able to roam on each others mobile networks. The two companies have been working together since 2003.

"We are delighted to renew our long-standing Partner Market agreement with Belgacom, building on more than a decade of successful collaboration," said Chief Executive of Partner Markets Stefano Gastaut in a statement.

Shares in Vodafone were trading down 0.9% at 196.35 pence Friday morning.
