(Alliance News) - Vietnam Enterprise Investments Ltd said Thursday its investment management duties are being transferred to Dragon Capital Management Ltd from Enterprise Investment Management Ltd.
Both companies are part of the Dragon Capital Group, and the terms of appointment, including the fees to be charged by the new investment manager will be unchanged.
Vietnam Enterprise noted the transfer followed an internal re-organisation of Dragon Capital Group.
The Dragon Capital Group has been involved in managing investment funds focused on Vietnam and the Indochina region since 1994, Vietnam Enterprise noted.
Shares in Vietnam Enterprise were 2.2% higher in London on Thursday at 610.85 pence each.
