LONDON (Alliance News) - URU Metals Ltd on Friday said it has retained RB Milestone as a financial communications adviser, issuing it shares as payment.
RB Milestone is a New York-based equity research and market intelligence firm, according to URU Metals.
The company has issued 656,142 shares to RB Milestone at 1.41 pence per share in respect of professional services.
"I am delighted to welcome RB Milestone to our advisory team and believe their team of highly respected market professionals will play an invaluable role in the positioning of URU Metals across North America," Chief Executive John Zorbas said in a statement.
URU shares were down 20% at 0.600 pence on Friday.
