(Sharecast News) - Specialist industrial and logistics property investor Urban Logistics announced the signing of a new loan facility on Monday.
The AIM-traded real estate investment trust said that on 12 March, it entered into a £48m loan facility with Aviva Investors.
That was in addition to its £151m facility with Barclays, Santander and Lloyds, which was secured in August.
"This new facility provides a seven-year term, and comes at a fixed cost of 2.34%," the board said in its statement.
At 0828 GMT, shares in Urban Logistics REIT were up 0.07% at 146.1p.
