UPDATE: Angle Successfully Raises GBP20 Million In Placing

(Alliance News) - Angle PLC on Tuesday said it raised GBP19.6 million through a placing.

The liquid biopsy company placed 42.6 million shares at 46 pence each, a 5.2% discount to its 48.5p closing price on Monday.

Angle shares closed 0.3% lower at 48.38p each in London on Tuesday.

Proceeds will go towards funding ongoing operations, as well as building new clinical laboratories for pharmaceutical services, and commercial expansion including sales and partnerships, Angle explained earlier on Tuesday.
